SUPER SMASH BROS.

Super Smash Bros. is one of the best games created for the Nintendo 64 console. The game consists of twelve Nintendo characters mashed up in a game a battling each other to be the last man standing.  The characters come from a variety of different Nintendo games. The characters in the game that you can play with is Luigi, Mario, DK, Link, Samus, Captain Falcon, Ness, Yoshi, Kirby, Fox, Pikachu, and last but not least Jiggly Puff.  Each character has there own specific types of moves that vary from each type of player. You can play in single player and in multiplayer for doing head- to- head combat. 

 

There is also a single player story mode, where you have to make your way through a series of challenging battles against difficult competitors. The single player game ends with a final competitor, the Master Hand. The game is endless from and is the best alternative to do when the whether is terrible and all you can do is sit inside and get down on some smash. The Nintendo 64 console is packed with all kinds of fun games to play alone or with a couple friends.  The N64 system was the last system to use game cartridges instead of what they use now.  The benefit of using the game cartridge is that with the cartridge, the games take no time to load and you don’t get stuck with the annoyance of starring at the loading screen for what feels to be a life time. The Nintendo franchise made all the right decisions in making their addicting games and great playing game sytems.

Dangers from Texting while Driving

Texting while driving should be illegal.  Without texting and driving, there will be far less accidents overall in today’s society even with all the crazy drivers out there already.  Texting and driving causes people to lose focus when driving, become a worse driver, and won’t care about the passenger’s safety or your one.

Drivers won’t be paying as much attention to their phones, if texting was illegal. People are more drawn to technology today and what’s going on in the world, than their own safety while being behind the wheel of a vehicle. Truck drivers’ who were texting, were 23 times more at risk of a crash than non- distracted driving.

 

People will become worse drivers from driving and texting.  They won’t be watching the road and will have more traffic violations. Drivers will be swerving without thinking about it and can end up slamming into the side of someone on a multi lane street.   Text messaging and using ipods caused drivers to leave there lanes 10% more often.

The average human being will tell you that texting and driving has no harm to anyone who is doing it right.  However, you will forget about the road and end up almost crashing or actually getting into an accident.  It doesn’t matter how much less you focus cause it only takes one slip up to kill someone.  “Texting took a driver’s focus away from the road for an avg. of 4.6 sec. – enough time… to travel the length of a football field at 55 mph.”
